As you may have heard, the FCA has updated its arrears and default information sheets, and the new ones are effective from 27 July 2018. Note that you must keep issuing the current versions right up to 26 July 2018 and only switch on the 'go live' date. If you don't issue the correct version of the information sheet, then there is a risk that your default notice or NOSIA may be considered defective.
The FCA is moving offices over the summer from Canary Wharf to Stratford. Its registered address will change on 1 July 2018 to: Financial Conduct Authority, 12 Endeavour Square, London, E20 1JN. The knock on effect is that any CCA regulated credit agreement templates that mention the FCA's contact address will need to be updated on 1 July. Unhelpfully there is no transitional period.
