Morton Fraser MacRoberts, has been awarded Bronze in the prestigious TIDE Awards, which evaluates an organisation’s performance in diversity and inclusion.
The award highlights the firm’s achievements in diversity, inclusion and belonging across eight key areas: workforce, strategy and planning, leadership and accountability, recruitment and attraction, training and development, communication and engagement, procurement as well as other employment practices.
MFMac’s efforts in attraction and recruitment were particularly strong, with the firm earning a score of 92%, showcasing its dedicated strategy to promote diversity and ensure that MFMac is an inclusive place to work.

The TIDE Awards is organised by the Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion (ENEI), using the self-assessment evaluation as a benchmarking tool for organisations.
