We acted on behalf of the family of an 18-year-old boy who, tragically, was killed following a hit and run. The family's lives were changed in an instant when the driver, driving dangerously and under the influence of drugs and alcohol, failed to see the boy crossing the road. Following the incident, the driver fled the scene of the crime.
