Delivering results
With multiple stakeholders and interested parties, redeveloping such a high-profile and unique set of properties within a UNESCO World Heritage Site was very challenging. We are proud to have been able to work with our clients on such a prestigious project over many years. Throughout that period and in sometimes complex and time-critical situations, we have provided clear and unequivocal legal advice where required. Our ability to provide that long-term and consistent legal support has contributed to the client and its other advisers implementing their long-term vision for Charlotte Square, fulfilling the client's commercial objective to create a truly world-class and high-quality urban estate.
