Comprehensive sector expertise

Our expertise lies in navigating the complex interplay of legal and commercial challenges in healthcare. We have a proven track record in areas like intellectual property asset identification and protection, significant healthcare project advice under PFI and PPP schemes, and comprehensive legal services in mergers and acquisitions.

Our expertise in advising on angel and venture capital investments is underscored by our high-value contract work, notably with Terumo Aortic UK and with Mercia Asset Management PLC's investment in Invizius Limited, which also included the associated licensing of its intellectual property.

We regularly act on the sale and acquisition of care homes, such as with Creggan Bahn Limited and Renaissance Care. Our legal guidance has also been instrumental in the restructuring of prominent groups like the Meallmore Group.
