Anthea is an Associate in our Commercial Real Estate team.
Anthea assists with a range of transactions in the private sector on the purchase and sale of properties across all classes of assets.
Anthea completed her traineeship in 2020 with a focus on Scottish real estate, and subsequent management of those assets. She has built up specialist experience from advising a wide range of private clients, from first-time buyers to overseas investors.
She has developed a comprehensive understanding of identifying clients’ needs and keys issues at an early stage, whilst working closely with other professionals, to achieve the best results for her clients.
Anthea also assists with and works for our public sector clients advising across a wide range of transactions, ranging from occupational licences, leases, and disposals and acquisitions.
She has experience of the bespoke requirements of the public sector in relation to their property requirements - both in relation to their operational needs and their policies in disposing and acquiring properties.

In November, we had the opportunity to host a panel discussion in the form of a hybrid event on 'ESG and Placemaking' organised by Women In Property Scotland. The panel was made up of engineers, architects and planning and transport experts from Civic Engineers, Architecture & Design Scotland, Hawkins Brown and The City of Edinburgh Council.
