Legal DirectorChris is a Legal Director in the firm's Real Estate and Infrastructure division, advising clients on a full range of commercial property transactions.
His areas of expertise include commercial leasing and lease management (acting for both landlords and tenants), acquisitions and disposals, property finance (acting for both borrowers and lenders) and property investment. Chris has particular expertise in commercial development work and is also able to provide advice on Scottish property elements of corporate acquisitions and cross-border transactions.
