Legal DirectorDawn is a legal director in the Real Estate team.
Dawn acts for a broad range of clients, including landlords, tenants, investors, developers and funders across several sectors including retail, renewables, telecoms and banking.
She has experience of dealing with complex high value transactions, including sales, purchases, lettings, finance and development work. Dawn is also dual qualified in Scots and English law.
Dawn is a member of MFMac's Energy and Renewables Group and regularly acts for Landowners and Developers on solar, battery storage and onshore wind matters.
