Douglas Leslie
AssociateDouglas is an Associate in the Corporate Finance team.
Douglas advises and assists on a wide range of corporate matters across the public and private sectors including mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, group re-organisations, and general corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining the firm in 2019 as a trainee solicitor, Douglas obtained his LLB and Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Dundee. Before joining the Corporate Finance team as a Newly Qualified Solicitor, Douglas gained experience in Projects & Infrastructure, Commercial Real Estate and Banking & Finance.
Douglas is member of MFMac's Energy and Renewables Group and regularly acts for developers and operators on solar and battery storage matters.
