Fraser Sinclair
Director of Risk & ComplianceFraser is the firm's Director of Risk and Compliance.
Experienced in AML for both financial and legal services, Fraser was one of the formative members of the Law Society of Scotland’s AML Team, giving him a unique knowledge of AML in the Scottish legal sector.
Fraser joined the firm in early 2021 as Head of our dedicated AML team, whose purpose is to advise, design and implement effective controls and processes to ensure the firm and its people comply with AML laws and regulations and best practice in relation to the client onboarding process.
Fraser also leads MacRoberts' dedicated AML consultancy service, AMLIFY, and designs and delivers the Law Society of Scotland's official AML specialist course to solicitors across Scotland each year.
