John has over 30 years' experience in the real estate market having had an extensive career working with several major law firms latterly as a senior partner. A particular area of expertise for John is that of distressed property where, for a number of years, he has been the legal adviser of choice for a number of insolvency practitioners in complex and high value distressed and insolvency real estate assignments.
John has a reputation for being able to deal with complex and challenging issues and deliver solutions which work for all stakeholders while maintaining a collaborative, clear communication style.
