Based in our Edinburgh office, the focus of Judith's work is property litigation and planning.
She advises on a wide range of disputes, including landlord/tenant and boundary issues. She also advises on interpretation of title conditions and access rights.
Judith acts for a wide range of public and private sector clients. She regularly acts in large scale, high value and high profile projects including public local inquiries.
Judith has experience of conducting property litigation in the Sheriff Courts,the Court of Session, the Lands Tribunal for Scotland and at Public Local Inquiries.
Judith is also a Notary Public.
Following their success in the General Election earlier this month, Labour put tackling the planning system, and in turn, the housing crisis, at the centre of their bid to drive economic growth. Their manifesto had pledged to deliver 1.5 million new houses over the course of their term.
