Kerri advises employers on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
Kerri has experience of advising on disciplinary and grievance processes, performance and absence management, settlement agreements, redundancies, employment contracts and employment tribunals. She also has experience of representing employees in employment disputes and negotiating exit packages.
She has a particular interest in discrimination in the workplace matters including gender, maternity/pregnancy, disabilities, race and age.
Kerri qualified as a solicitor in 2021 and has practised in employment law since. She obtained her LLB at the University of Edinburgh and the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Strathclyde.
