Kirsty is a solicitor in the Real Estate and Infrastructure division.
Kirsty also works as part of our team providing specialised guidance to public sector clients. She advises a range of clients including local authorities, ministerial departments, public bodies and housing associations. Her work involves estate management instructions, infrastructure contracts and grant funding/secured lending transactions.
She also has a keen interest in the environmental aspects of commercial property, such as contaminated land (including land used in the defence sector or nuclear industries), pollution prevention & control and environmental regulatory matters.
