Rebecca advises a broad range of commercial borrowers and UK and European lenders on all manner of transactions.

Before joining the Banking & Finance team, Rebecca gained experience in the Commercial Property, Corporate and Commercial Dispute Resolution Practice Groups. Rebecca studied Law with German at the University of Glasgow and spent a year at university in Berlin studying Law in German.
