Ruth is a lawyer working with clients and colleagues to help deliver the best service possible for our clients. Her focus is on the public sector, and she manages several of our key relationships. These include Central and Local Government as well as other public sector organisations.
Her remit includes tenders, bids, legal pricing and ESG, and she works with colleagues across the firm on tendering activities and initiatives. She also provides a consultancy service for clients, advising and guiding them when they are tendering for contracts.
Ruth is an experienced account manager, both on Frameworks and call-off contracts. She leads on contract mobilisation, attends client review and liaison meetings, and monitors and reports on our performance.
Ruth is on the Advisory Board of the Edinburgh Foundation for Women in Law at the University of Edinburgh. The Foundation seeks to address the under-representation of women in senior positions across all branches of the Scottish legal profession and its institutions.
Ruth is our Director of Key Clients and Tenders. This month she celebrates her 10 year anniversary with us. In this short interview, she reflects on her career and her time at Morton Fraser (now Morton Fraser MacRoberts) so far.
