She has acted for a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals, insurers, local authorities, and UK and Scottish Government departments, in both volume and high value, complex litigation in the Court of Session and Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland. She has a track record of securing positive results for her client. She adopts a pragmatic and solutions driven approach to her work. Sofia takes the time to understand client needs and requirements with a focus on mitigating client exposure to adverse costs. She recognises the importance of obtaining a sound understanding of a client's case. Sofia is also a member of the Law Society of Scotland and tutors civil litigation at the University of Glasgow.
