Stewart is a corporate lawyer advising on transactions including business incorporations, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, shareholder exits, dissolutions/windings up and joint ventures. He acts for a wide range of clients from sole traders to PLCs and pension funds and including a number of family-owned and SME companies. Stewart is an Enterprise Partner at Strathclyde University and tutors on the diploma in legal practice at the University of Glasgow.
